Scope, deliverables and any implementation are agreed individually for each project — this package does not automatically include every deliverable from Packages 01 and 02. Requirements such as approvals are assessed according to the specific project.
Eligible consultation fees may be credited towards a subsequent FrontHouse Studio design package, subject to applicable conditions.

Packages 01–03 are design-led engagements. Published starting prices cover design services only; construction, where engaged, is scoped and quoted separately for the specific project.
Package 03 is custom-scoped: specific deliverables and any implementation are defined individually and may incorporate relevant earlier-stage elements where appropriate, rather than automatically including them.
Our design approach prioritises practical, considered exterior improvements informed by the existing property, Australian residential conditions and relevant project constraints. Technical feasibility and regulatory requirements are assessed separately where necessary.
